Tiger Shrimp in Smoked Dewdrop Broth

I decided to go with some tiger shrimp in smoked dewdrop broth. The waitress said that it was a pretty popular item on the menu. The chefs were hard at work, and I didn't have to wait too long for the meal either. I have to say that I really enjoyed this tiger shrimp dish. I've always been a big fan of shrimp, and this was just finger licking good!
