Before the Portal

After pulling myself together from the horrible experience I had, me and Tara grabbed some more drinks. We chugged back our drinks, and then we went outside onto the balcony.


"You know, Tara," I said. "After all we've been through, we deserve this moment right now."


"Yes, we do, Ricky," Tara replied. "And I'm loving it so much."


Me and Tara held each other and kissed.


The surge of time began to flow throughout me again. The images of me and Tara of that day before we entered the portal for the very first time kept flashing in my mind.



I think something is gonna happen...


And it's happening. The world around me is fading away...


Me and Tara are drifting through space and time. We are getting younger.


Me and Tara continue to drift through space and time.


"Ricky, look at us," Tara says. "We are younger."


"Yeah, we are," I reply. "We must be around 17 or 18 years old right now."


Me and Tara are continuing to drift through space and time. A celestial body of rocks with structures begins to appear.


"Look at that in the distance," Tara says. "It looks like such a heavenly place."


"It does," I respond. "I can't help but feel that this isn't the first time we've seen this place."
